Love mingled with the truth,
The truth its self, innocent, was trapped by awe derived from the bright lights of all of life's carnival ,
but I could not feel the warmth of this glow
I saw it all flattened along the line of the desert horizon one night from a distance
The lights burned in the night,
The fair rides moved silently like tiny toys,
I ran to reach them,
doubt festered in my mind,
as to the beauty of my destination,
when I remembered the scent of candy floss and horse manure, swaggering around the rusty girders of the fairground like a drunken lout.
I plotted my feet carelessly on the purple mud with
